These certificates are in MS Publisher format for members who have that software. Many don't have that program on their computer so there are also an Adobe Acrobat PDF version which can be printed and completed manually.

To download a PDF file, right-click the link above and choose "Save As" or "Save Link As" or your browser's equivalent

Ideally, a colour printer should make a better job and having the result laminated after you've completed it makes for a professional looking job and is a nice touch.
